These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of the A3RO.AI website and any reservation, deposit, pre-order, purchase, or related service offered through it. By visiting the website or submitting a payment, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place an order.
A3RO.AI develops and sells consumer drone products, including the NyX product line, directly to customers through its online store. Questions about these Terms or an order may be sent to Marketing@a3ro.ai.
You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for determining whether a product may be lawfully purchased, imported, registered, operated, or used at your destination. Drone operation is subject to local aviation, privacy, safety, radio-frequency, and other laws. Our products must not be used for unlawful, unsafe, or prohibited purposes.
NyX is currently in a pre-launch stage. Product appearance, specifications, included accessories, software features, availability, production schedule, and launch timing may change as development, testing, certification, and manufacturing progress. We will communicate material changes before requesting final payment where reasonably practicable.
A reservation deposit secures eligibility for the offer, VIP pricing, or priority access described at the time of payment. A deposit is not the full purchase price and does not by itself create a guaranteed product allocation or delivery date. Instructions for completing the final purchase, together with final pricing, taxes, shipping charges, and applicable product terms, will be provided separately.
Unless a different condition is clearly disclosed before payment, a NyX reservation deposit is fully refundable until it is applied to a final product purchase. Refund requests are handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
Prices and currencies are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing or description errors and may reject or cancel an order affected by error, suspected fraud, product unavailability, regulatory restrictions, or payment failure. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the affected amount to the original payment method.
Payments may be processed by Shopify, Airwallex, or another authorised payment provider. Your bank or card issuer may apply exchange-rate or international transaction charges that we do not control.
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production, certification, inventory, carrier capacity, customs, weather, and destination restrictions may affect timing. Current estimates and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy and will be communicated before final payment where applicable.
Reservation cancellations and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Any separate return terms applying to the final NyX product will be disclosed before the final purchase. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Unless stated otherwise at checkout, customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, permits, registrations, and other destination charges. We may decline delivery to destinations where shipment or operation of the product is restricted.
You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, collect information without permission, or use website content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.
The website, A3RO.AI and NyX names, product designs, software, text, photographs, video, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to A3RO.AI. They may be viewed for personal, non-commercial use only. No other licence or right is granted without our written permission.
To the extent permitted by law, the website and pre-launch materials are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that preliminary product information will remain unchanged. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website or a product, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded. Any liability that cannot be excluded remains subject to applicable law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected. By using the website, you acknowledge that policy.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or non-contractual obligation arising out of or in connection with them, are governed by the laws of Singapore.
Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply, the courts of Singapore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the website, any reservation, or any order. Orders placed through this website are processed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
