Yes. Each $50 deposit secures Super Early Bird eligibility for one NyX unit. To reserve multiple units or different SKUs, place one deposit for each unit using the same email address.

Q2: What does the deposit include?

Your deposit unlocks eligibility for Super Early Bird pricing, priority shipping, exclusive launch updates, and selected early-backer perks. It also helps us estimate demand and plan production more accurately.

Q3: Is the deposit refundable?

Yes. The $50 deposit is fully refundable. To request a refund, contact us at marketing@a3ro.ai with your reservation details.

Q4: How will the deposit and additional savings be refunded?

Choose your preferred NyX SKU and complete the corresponding Super Early Bird pledge on Kickstarter using the same email address as your deposit. After the campaign ends and your pledge has been successfully charged, we will issue a refund that includes your $50 deposit plus the applicable VIP savings within 10 business days.

Q5: Can I choose a different NyX SKU when the Kickstarter campaign launches?

Yes. You may select your preferred NyX configuration when completing your Kickstarter pledge, subject to availability. The final refund amount and savings will be based on the eligible SKU you pledge for.

Q6: Will I be notified when the Kickstarter campaign launches?

Yes. You will receive email reminders before the campaign launches and again when it goes live, so you can select your preferred SKU and access the Super Early Bird offer as early as possible.

Q7: What happens if I use a different email address on Kickstarter?

The email address used for your Kickstarter pledge must match the one used for your deposit so we can verify your eligibility and process your refund correctly. To update your email address, contact us with your deposit confirmation before the campaign ends.

Q8: Does the deposit guarantee a Super Early Bird reward?

The deposit secures your eligibility to access the offer, but Super Early Bird rewards and individual SKUs are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. We recommend pledging as soon as the Kickstarter campaign launches.
